Join expert cake decorator, Karen Bladen at the Central Valley branch for instruction on cupcake decoration. Cupcakes, boxes, tips, and icings will be provided. You add creativity! Enjoy a friendly competition with prizes awarded! Grades 5 through 9 are welcome. Registration is required.
