- Museum Passes are available for Woodbury Public Library card holders only.
- All passes must be picked up at our Highland Mills branch.
- Patron must be at least 18 years of age to borrow a pass.
- The patron’s library record must be in good standing (without any fines or overdue items).
- The loan period for the Pass is three (3) days.
- Passes may not be renewed.
- There is a $5 day late charge for passes not returned on time.
- Any Woodbury Public Library cardholder who loses a pass will be charged the replacement cost of that Pass.
- Only one pass may be borrowed by a family at a time.
- Passes may be reserved for a half day. If a patron calls the library to reserve a pass in the evening, it will be held for you until 1pm the following day. If a patron calls in the morning, we will hold the pass for you until we close at the end of the day.

Museum memberships are paid for by donations made to the Woodbury Public Library by the Raananah Park Charity Drive and your fellow patrons.
WPL Library Museum Pass Policy
The Woodbury Public Library offers passes to local museums for check out. Each pass has its own set of rules that have been set by the museum from whom it is purchased. It is the responsibility of the patron to be aware of the terms of the pass.

- Pass must be presented upon entry to the facility. Without the pass, you will be required to pay the vehicle entry fee.
- Pass allows entry of the vehicle when the card is presented at most New York State parks, Department of Environmental Conservation forest preserve areas, boat launch sites, arboretums and park preserves.
- Pass does not guarantee free vehicle entry into the park when special events occur and are operated by other organizations.
- Pass does not include waiver of fees for camping, golf, museum or historic site admission and other special activity fees.
- Pass is usable for all motor vehicles except those used in the business of transporting passengers for hire including public or private buses, shuttles, taxis, limousines, or other livery vehicles.
